The Victoria Region is a region where only the strongest trainers come to train. It's no ordinary region, in this place only the strong survive. Gym Leaders, Members of the Elite Four, and Champions from various other regions alike come here to train their teams. Alongside them are trainers that have proven themselves worthy of being allowed into the Victoria Region. There are three mysterious new Legendary Pokemon that dwell in this region, and an encounter with them is all most of the trainers here want.
Recently the Victoria Region has been opened up completely to trainers of all skill levels, and has even been considering setting up Gyms of it's own, and an Elite Four, just for this new wave of trainers.
