Character Rules
These must be followed.
On Trainers
- Trainers DO NOT have magical powers, anything out of the ordinary besides the occasional psychic skill probably won't be accepted. Seriously guys.
- You are not required to make a profile for the pokemon in your trainer's team, but if you don't you have to list their Levels and moves in the trainer's profile.
- All profiles MUST contain Name, Height, Weight, Gender, Personality and brief History and a list of the Names and Levels of their team.
- Separate your characters' profiles.
Two characters may not inhabit the same character thread. - No character under the age of ten, please. Normal kids start there journey at the age of ten, you can start your journey at whatever age, but nothing under ten.
- Your character cannot be related in any way to a Canon character. There is no little sister or little cousin of Ash that we know of, so don't try.
- You can have as many characters as you want as long as you keep up with them all. Please don't bite off more then you can chew, because if you make a ton a characters and don't use them it's only flooding the Character Directory.
- No Pokemorphs. For more info, read this
- We promote original characters here, although, you can play canon characters as well. Each Player is limited to two Cannon characters per person. Not three, Not Four, just Two.
- Although, if you have a Champion, you can only have ONE other Cannon Character[and they cannot be another Champion], despite what the previous rule states.
- You have to have been a member for at least a month, or a founding member to be able to play one of the Champions, and you have to PM a mod with a sample of your Role playing skill.
- Pokemon in a Trainer's team CANNOT exceed Level 79 to start off with. As they ICly gain levels on the forum, they can go past this, but they cannot start off any higher.
On Pokemon
- You cannot Role Play a legendary Pokemon. Details and exceptions to this rule are located Here.
- POKEMON profiles Must contain Height, Weight, Species, Personality, History, List of their forum moves and special ability, and their level.
- Moves should correspond with level. If your Pokemon learns scratch at Level Five, and you are playing the same Pokemon that is in level Two, then your Pokemon should not have this move. If you need help seeing what moves your pokemon has, this is a good place to look at.
- Same goes with evolution. They evolve in the level they are supposed to evolve. Although, if your character refuses to evolve even though it has hit that level, then it's perfectly fine.
- Talking Pokemon must be approved by mods [PM them a profile and wait to post it until you get the OK] unless the species has been noted to have displayed speech capabilities on a number of occasions.
- Just like Talking Pokemon, non-shiny pokemon of different coloration's than the normal [non-shiny meaning a color variation OTHER than the normal shiny colors of a pokemon] need to be mod-approved.

Guys, please try and stray away from making your character Mary Sue or Gary Stu like. Not everyone is perfect. Not everyone is extremely gorgeous, or perfect in everything they do. "For every action there is always opposed an equal reaction". Meaning with every good, comes a bad.
